Vintage Wedding

It has taken me awhile...but I am finally posting these pictures to my blog:)
On 11.11.11 I got to be the Wedding Planner for one of my Best Friends, Shannon.
We planned everything together...we had lots of craft days and lots of pinning on Pinterest:)
I love how everything came together and had the BEST time doing it!
This is the sign in table and the first thing that the guest saw when they came in...we had an old, vintage door with some twin hanging from it...guests got to leave LOVE NOTES and attach it with a clothes pin.

I think this old typewriter completely adds to the vintage look:)

The wedding ceremony and reception all took place at Los Vaqueros Restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas.  They have this beautiful garden, which is so perfect for a wedding!

These plant hangers were on both sides of the isle.  We used old mason jars and filled them with baby's breath and daisy's.
This is the reception part of the wedding where everyone ate.  You can see the burlap bags...they have vintage lace and buttons on the bottom corner and we filled them with salt water taffy.

Each little table setting was different.  We scoured all Antique stores to find all sorts of turquoise Ball jars and glass items.  Then added embellishments, like lace and keys.

Swanky Pear Events also designed the Dessert Table.  We made all the cake stands and signs.

We were able to borrow some vintage luggage from some fabulous friends in the area.

This was the flower girls basket that I made...it is burlap and lace doilies.
