I got this recipe from a lady, Elsie, from my husbands office (Thanks Elsie!!). I have been dying to make them for a long time! I usually see the wrapped Lil' Smokies, so this will be something unexpected! Besides...who doesn't love a good meatball???
1 recipe for Alfredo Sauce, for dipping
2-8 oz. cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Thaw 32 meatballs. On an ungreased baking sheet, separate crescent rolls into 8 pieces. Cut each piece in half to form 2 narrow triangles. Place a meatball onto each crescent triangle; pull up corners of roll, wrapping the meatball. Bake as per directions on crescent roll package, about 13 min. If desired, sprinkle cheese on wraps while still warm. Serve with Alfredo sauce for dipping.
