Pineapple Biscuits

Happy Memorial Day Everyone!  Now, I know that you have better things to do today than read my blog...BUT if you are reading it today...I wanted something to post!  I am not doing Makeover Monday since that post takes me about 2.5 hours vs. this one which will take me seconds!  My family has all sorts of fun planned to today, sorry it is a short one today!  So...here is a yummy recipe for you to make this Memorial Day Weekend!
My Mom is so cute and told me that I HAD to post this on my blog...she even staged the biscuit to look all fancy by adding a pineapple chunk and sprinkled pecans on the plate...she even took the pictures and sent them to me!  That is pure love from my Mom!  Thank you!!!  I haven't made these yet, but just look at them!  Why wouldn't I try them!  They look DELISH and Mama said they were A-MAZING and thats all I need to hear!
