Sparkly Easter Egg Ball

Since Easter is almost here, I have been trying to think of some cute crafts to do!  This one was so simple...the hardest part was waiting for the eggs to dry!

Check list:
Easter Eggs...about 25 mini eggs (got them from Hobby Lobby...you will need 2 pkgs.)
4 different colors of paint: I used lime green, blue, yellow and pink
Crystal Snow glitter
Mod Podge
Styrofoam ball
Ribbon
Hot glue

Step 1: Paint all the eggs, you will need to do about 3 coats...obnoxious, I know:)

Step 2: After the paint is dry, mod podge one egg at a time and roll it in the crystal snow glitter.
Let it dry.

Step 3: Take the ribbon....see the cute little bunnies on mine...tie it in a knot at the bottom for a little loop.
Hot glue it to the ball.  Then start adding your eggs all over the place in different directions...use the hot glue for this also.

Voila...cute Sparkly Easter Egg Ball!

  1. Love it! Reminds me of the glitter bones we did for Halloween. I might have to do this one. Looks easy enough that I can't even screw it up. Where did you find the easter eggs at hobby lobby? What section?
